City One Real Estate has evolved over the duration of our long term partnership. That evolution has required Sparkable to regularly rethink its approach to interactive marketing in addition to adapting to new SEO (Search Engine Optimization) standards. Our measuring objectives included keyword research and analysis as well as onsite and offsite search engine performance, bench-marking of existing assets and measuring ongoing growth.

Sparkable's original core competency was SEO. Our proprietary SEO process includes 60 onsite and 36 offsite metrics that allow for unique analysis. City One Real Estate has been #1 on google for a variety of search terms as its core competency and value proposition evolved.  Currently they can be found on the 1st page of Google for "SBA Incentives, NYC."  Sparkable SEO utilizes Stakeholder Oriented Teamwork to coordinate Agile Marketing Management to reach the 1st page of Google.

Measuring Objectives

Host Connections International developed to the changing marketplace of its hometown - Atlantic City, N.J. With the legalization of online gambling in New Jersey, Sparkable needed to create greater brand awareness for Host Connections International in a way that it can reach its clients that travel to its more than 40 locations across the globe. We created an Interactive Promotion campaign aimed at engaging stakeholders using social media and email for customer reinforcement.

Sparkable set out to create an Interactive Promotion campaign that engaged all Host Connections International stakeholders from casino representatives to players. Our interactive promotion strategy uses rolling wave project management. We identified the best topics to create engaging conversation and shared those on social media and social bookmarking channels to establish Host Connections International as a thought leader in the industry for casino gambling and created Player Connections International to engage online gamblers.

Annual Marketing Strategy

In this engagement Sparkable set course to improve the distribution of the annual marketing budget for J&L Amish Depot. We began by assessing the effectiveness of the previous year's spend by compiling data on the chosen communications channels including impressions, reach, frequency, population, demographic information etc. With the research complete we were equipped to devise an annual marketing strategy to increase brand awareness.

Featured Innovation
Sparkable engineered an annual marketing strategy to increase impressions and reach by accessing new channels and integrating new types of media. By expanding a print media dominant strategy to include six radio stations, two billboards, direct mail, online advertising and online promotion. In the first quarter alone, for roughly the same budget as the year we were able to double both the overall number of impressions, and the total reach.
